The Separatists

The Armored Assault Tank Mk: The AAT battle tank was a tank vehicle used by the Trade Federation, Confederacy of Independent Systems. It was a relatively small and compact tank clocking in at 9.19 meters in length, and consisted of a heavily armored, spade-shaped lower hull topped with a lighter, secondary hull and rotating turret. It was operated by a crew of four. The AAT-1 was an extremely versatile vehicle designed to handle nearly any opposition encountered on the battlefield. Its primary weapon was a heavy laser cannon mounted in the top turret that provided the tank with 360 degrees of long-range firepower powerful enough to destroy an All Terrain Tactical Enforcer of the Grand Army of the Republic.

Super Tank: The Separatist super-tank prototype was the culmination of an attempt by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars to produce a new type of tank. No known weapon was able to penetrate the tank's heavy armor and ray shield technology with it being able to withstand the firepower of several Republic AV-7 Anti-vehicle Artillery Cannons at once. Such defenses made the tank slow, yet robust. They were manufactured by Baktoid Armor Workshop and were first deployed during the Second Battle of Geonosis.

The IG-227 Hailfire-Class Droid Tank: Able to roll rapidly into action, the IG-227 Hailfire-class droid tank was an armored missile platform easily identified by its treated, hoop-like drive wheels 8.5 meters in diameter capable of moving it at intimidating speeds across flat ground or shallow lakes. Capable of flattening anything in its path, the Hailfire droid was best used to destroy enemy vehicles. Hailfire droids were equipped with two racks of long-range "Hailfire'' missile launcher pods on either side of their heads, each carrying 15 guided missile warheads that left behind a trail of black exhaust when fired. These projectiles were effective against stationary or slow-moving targets on terrain where blaster weapons were unusable due to a lack of clear lines of sight, with a single warhead being capable of destroying a Low Altitude Assault Transport (LAAT) or an All Terrain Tactical Enforcer (AT-TE).

The Multi-Troop Transport (MTT): The Multi-Troop Transport was a heavy, broad-shouldered, snub-nosed repulsorlift vehicle designed to transport battle droids into combat. Much of the interior was given over to the hydraulically powered droid deployment rack, a long rotating assembly that carried a total of one hundred and twelve deactivated B1-series battle droids.

The Single Trooper Aerial Platform (STAP): STAP, was a repulsor craft used by the Trade Federation and later the Confederacy of Independent Systems. It was often piloted by a single B1-series battle droid as a reconnaissance and patrol vehicle. The agile vessels were typically bolstered by signals from an orbital Droid Control Ship, which skillfully guided the STAP's pilots. However, battle droids were exposed to enemy fire while riding the fragile craft. The vehicles were armed with a pair of forward-mounted blaster cannons.

J-1 Proton Cannons: J-1 proton cannons were a form of droid anti-aircraft cannon that fired proton bombs.

The LR1K Sonic Cannon: Also known as the Geonosian sonic cannon, the LR1K sonic cannon was a sonic cannon weapon. This weapon was employed by the Geonosians for the Confederacy of Independent Systems at both the First Battle of Geonosis and the Second Battle of Geonosis. The weapon employed a powerful blast of sonic energy that proved powerful in the Confederacy's efforts in the Clone Wars, as it could kill most clones.

Providence-class Dreadnought: The primary role of the Providence-class Dreadnought was to act as the command ship of fleets. However, it could also take the role of a cruiser carrier, where it could ferry a large passenger complement as well as a vehicle and starfighter complement in its hangars. Along its hull, the cylindrical surface of the Providence-class was dotted with a variety of weapon emplacements and therefore provided the craft enough firepower to maintain a planetary blockade alone. Its weapons were also powerful enough to pierce through the deflector shields of other enemy warships. While extremely potent vessels, the Separatist admiralty deployed the Providence-class ships with great caution, and due to the high cost of operating these vessels at their peak efficiency, they were deployed only when their sheer, overwhelming force was called upon.

The Subjugator-class Heavy Cruiser: The Subjugator-class heavy cruiser was a type of heavy cruiser, battleship, dreadnought, and Star Dreadnought. Potentially the largest warship that served at the time of the Clone Wars, the Subjugator was heavily armed with hundreds of laser cannons of different types, ion cannons, flak guns, proton torpedoes, heavy tractor beams, and a pair of mega-ion cannons capable of disabling the power of an entire fleet of capital ships in a single blast. The Malevolence, a member of the Subjugator class, was one of two examples of the class model that served as the flagship of the Kaleesh Separatist General Grievous, while also serving as the lead ship for the class and the initial testbed for the mega-ion cannon early in the war. But the Malevolence was destroyed by the Republic. Despite the destruction of the Malevolence, the Separatist Alliance had maintained a small number of Subjugator-class heavy cruisers, with no more than five left on active duty. However, due to the loss of the lead ship, the remaining vessels of the class were held in reserve by the Separatist fleet and saw rare deployments except in dire emergencies.

Lucrehulk-class Freighter: The Lucrehulk-class was used as both a transport and a battleship, and could effectively blockade a planet for years. They were heavily armored, but despite this, they were inefficient, expensive, and required frequent maintenance. As such, the primary reason the CIS navy deployed them was for their intimidating appearance.

HMP Droid Gunship: The HMP (Heavy Missile Platform) droid gunship, also known as the HMP Predator gunship, was a model of repulsor lift airspeeder. Operated by an advanced droid brain, they were used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. They were heavily armed with missile pods and seven laser cannons. Droid gunships were also used to transport B1-series battle droids, B2-series super battle droids, and BX-series droid commandos by use of racks and could deploy them into battle.

Vulture-class Droid Starfighter: Vulture droids were capable of extreme maneuvers that could crush even the sturdiest organic pilot, but lacked the resourcefulness and cunning that living pilots brought into combat. Nonetheless, a lack of life-support systems allowed more room for armaments and fuel, and the lack of an organic pilot removed, for some, any moral responsibility for its destruction. vulture droids were remote-controlled by a control ship, but as time passed later generations of the fighter were able to operate with limited independence due to the installation of artificial intelligence. They were also known to be able to communicate with each other by chattering. While not in flight, vulture droids could transform into the walking mode to patrol the surface or provide support during battles and were specifically designed to fill both space and ground-based roles. A typical Trade Federation battleship could carry 1,500 vulture droids. The fighter relied on overwhelming numbers during combat. They were present at many engagements during the Clone Wars.

Hyena-class Droid Bombers: Hyena-class Droid Bombers were droid starfighters designed for heavy ordnance bombing runs. Based on vulture droid designs, Hyena bombers had wider and sturdier hulls with huge wings to gain stability during flight. Like vulture droids, it could transform its shape into walking mode. Hyena bombers were heavily used in multiple battles during the Clone Wars, conducting bombing raids on enemy fortifications or taking out vehicles.
